TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

 

LATE WITHDRAWAL

You are responsible for withdrawing yourself from a tournament. Go to the tournament portal, click the registration button, select “Edit Your Reservation”, and cancel. Notify the tournament director that you have canceled. We report our final headcount to the city on the Wednesday morning before the tournament. Failure to withdraw before then will result in the loss of your green fee for that day unless there is someone on the waiting list who can take your place. Withdrawals before the final headcount will be refunded. 

Any penalty must be paid before you can sign up for another tournament.

 

NO SHOWS

Failure to show for a tournament will result in a loss of your green fees AND prize money (total cost of entry). That penalty must be paid before playing in a future tournament.
